Who we are
This website is operated by Daniel Kim & Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Brokerage, 1867 Yonge Street, Suite 100, Toronto, ON M4S 1Y5. It is an independent presentation of 8 Temple, not the developer’s website.
What we collect
When you register, we collect the information you give us:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- whether you are a realtor and, if so, your brokerage;
- the suite type you are interested in;
- the page you registered on, the referring website and campaign parameters (for example, utm tags) that tell us how you found this site.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your 8 Temple registration, send you floor plans and pricing, and arrange appointments. With your express consent, we also send you electronic messages about 8 Temple and other new-home opportunities.
Who we share it with
We store your registration in our customer relationship management provider, Follow Up Boss, to manage your request. We share your information with the developer’s sales team only when needed to arrange your appointment or a purchase you ask us to pursue. We never sell your information.
Follow Up Boss and our hosting provider may store and process your information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law-enforcement and national-security authorities.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. First-party browser storage remembers how you arrived so we know which campaign brought you; it is not shared with third parties.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent to electronic messages at any time with the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, contact us at daniel.kim@sothebysrealty.ca.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
